Moses said to him, “As soon as I have gone out of the city, I will stretch out my hands to the LORD. The thunder will cease, and there will be no more hail, so that you may know that the earth is the LORD's. But as for you and your servants, I know that you do not yet fear the LORD God.”
We need to recognize that some will refuse to recognize the fear of the LORD at work among His people. Excuses abound like black flies in May. However, the root of bitterness goes back to that fateful statement in the Garden, "You shall be as god's and know good from evil." A lie from the beginning; we still don't recognize the difference on our own.
