Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.
A frequent problem, a situation arises in which I have absolutely no idea how to pray for the LORD, God, the Almighty to intervene. I am convinced that anyway in which God intervenes will be far superior to all my wildest dreams. I demonstrate trust in the Goodness of the LORD by taking my problem to the Spirit and turning it over to Him.

And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.
Yes, I am reveling in the firstfruits of my salvation, the life of righteousness, peace, and joy that is life in the Spirit in the Kingdom here and now. But oh what joy awaits me when I shuck off this worn and abused hulk. No more aches and pains thinly masked by drugs, potions, and homemade nostrums, but a new body unspoiled by Sin.
