In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory.

Paul keeps stuffing more and more into the All Things bag. Now we have our inheritance there. It is that we shall be, our purpose is, for the Glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Think about it like this. If you have a child who has received recognition for a special accomplishment, it is impossibly difficult not to tell everybody you meet about it. Here we have the very Lord of the Universe who uses our repentance as something that brings great glory to the Godhead. And He wants to tell everyone.
