Surely the wrath of man shall praise You; With the remainder of wrath You shall gird Yourself. Make vows to the LORD your God, and pay them; Let all who are around Him bring presents to Him who ought to be feared. He shall cut off the spirit of princes; He is awesome to the kings of the earth.

The LORD, God, the Almighty is glorious and excellent; He stands out above the mighty. When He delivers judgment, all creation sinks into fear and stillness; His judgment is over all the earth. The very wrath of man will turn to praise. All who enter into His presence shall do so bearing praise and gifts. His awesomeness subdues kings and princes. He is the Almighty One.
