Psalm 40.1-3 I waited patiently for the LORD; He inclined to me and heard my cry.

Psalm 40.1-3 To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David.

I waited patiently for the LORD; He inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the LORD.

You have heard my cry, You are opening the eyes of my heart, You are lifting me out of the pit of destruction and setting my feet upon the Rock. There is a new song in my mouth, a song of praise and thanksgiving. And You are blessing me by using me to bring Your Blessing to many others. Praise Your holy Name!

O, taste and see that You are good. Let Your sweetness be both honey in my `mouth and repletion in my stomach. I must be 2 seconds into the dawn, and that is awesome. What will it be like when I behold You in all your Glory?
