Lord, how do I support others and teach them to see the importance of this instruction? Teach them to see that this is a precept of great significance, especially as our society begins to suffer from the ravages of broken families? It's not just divorce, Lord, but the growing failure to understand the nature, importance, and function of marriage.
How can this precept be lived out by someone who does not know who his father is, or who is not being a father to his children? How am I called to teach this principle?
