For if I preach the gospel, that gives me no ground for boasting. For necessity is laid upon me. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! For if I do this of my own will, I have a reward, but if not of my own will, I am still entrusted with a stewardship.
Can I join with Paul in recognizing that preaching the gospel is a necessity? Yes, I can but do I? Whether I do or don't, it is still a stewardship that has been entrustedto me. A no questions allowed trust! A roll up your shirt sleeves and get to the work trust. Be prepared to preach the gospel in season or out trust.
