Beware, therefore, lest what is said in the Prophets should come about: “‘Look, you scoffers, be astounded and perish; for I am doing a work in your days, a work that you will not believe, even if one tells it to you.’”
Another lesson from Paul's sermon to the Jews of Pisidian Antioch is to warn our hearers that they are the object of prophecy. (Habakkuk 1:5) We are surrounded by the Chaldeans of today and must learn to deal with the scoffers.
