And when he wished to cross to Achaia, the brothers encouraged him and wrote to the disciples to welcome him. When he arrived, he greatly helped those who through grace had believed, for he powerfully refuted the Jews in public, showing by the Scriptures that the Christ was Jesus.
Another part of the Church that has disappeared in our modern notion of how to worship God. Where are the traveling ministers who came to visit and encourage local churches? How often do we take it upon ourselves to visit one of our sister congregations in our town or the village up the road? And visit another denomination?
