You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.
"Perfect peace" is the tertium quid, the gold standard by which I am able to evaluate the extent to which I trust the LORD, God, the Almighty. No little squiggle of doubt, no wakening in the middle of the night in a cold sweat of fear and desperation. Any uncertainty at any point in this spectrum should drive me to my knees in repentance to seek the LORD's assurance of His trustworthiness.
