Creational Theology hint for the week—May 8-14, 2017 Ps 139:14 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. Medical science is based on a belief in this verse, whether scientists agree or not, and saved a life of a very dear brother in the Lord a few days ago.
John 2:23-25
Now when he was in Jerusalem at the Passover Feast, many believed in his name when they saw the signs that he was doing. But Jesus on his part did not entrust himself to them because he knew all people and needed no one to bear witness about man, for he himself knew what was in man.
“Jesus…did not entrust Himself to them.”Jesus knows the heart of man and doesn't trust us. The question that comes to mind is, "Why should I trust man any more than my Lord does?" Another set of questions revolves around how much we learned from the last election.
How much better to usePsalms 118:8 “It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in man” as our guideline.
