And Jesus said to him, "'If you can'! All things are possible for one who believes." Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, "I believe; help my unbelief!"
This short story has resonated with me for many years; the father's anguish and my own as I struggle with unbelief. How can I overcome unbelief in my own strength? I can't! Again and again, I am drawn to that precious verse in Psalm 119:11 Your word have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against Thee.
I invite you to join me in the process of hiding relevant Scriptures in our hearts and examining them for understanding and insight as led by the Spirit.
