Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise! Give thanks to Him; bless His name! For the LORD is good; His steadfast love endures forever, and His faithfulness to all generations.
Oh, Lord, to pray in this Psalm is one continuous outburst of praise and thanksgiving. What a glorious recounting of the riches of Your presence. To acknowledge Your steadfast love and faithfulness with gladness in my heart, singing in my voice and thanksgiving in my soul; to bless Your Name before all and to all — this is true joy — this is what I was created for.
