Psalm 108:1-6

John Nunnikhoven

Psalm 108:1-6

A Song. A Psalm of David. My heart is steadfast, O God! I will sing and make melody with all my being! Awake, O harp and lyre! I will awake the dawn! I will give thanks to you, O LORD, among the peoples; I will sing praises to you among the nations. For your steadfast love is great above the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens! Let your glory be over all the earth! That your beloved ones may be delivered, give salvation by your right hand and answer me!

Be exalted, O LORD, above the heavens. Let Your glory shine over all the earth. What a glorious day when Your glory is evident to all; when all will fall to their knees and acknowledge You as Lord and Master. Every knee shall bow, every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

While I am waiting for that Day, let it be the song of my mouth, the testimony of my countenance, and the work of my hands, to proclaim Your glory.
