Psalm 11:7
For the LORD is righteous; he loves righteous deeds; the upright shall behold his face.
“This is eternal life, to know You, the only true God and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” Is this not the reward for obedience, Lord? To know You, to behold Your face? Is it not that as I seek to follow Your leading, that You are revealed more and more to me? As the debriding of a wound, so does obedience work on my heart and conscience to create a habitation suitable for the Presence. I am becoming a temple of the only true God.
