Let your steadfast love come to me, O LORD, your salvation according to your promise; then shall I have an answer for him who taunts me, for I trust in your word.
Lord, help me to remember when I am in these situations, that You have promised to keep me covered in Your steadfast love; that Your salvation includes delivery from my enemies and those who wish me harm. Praise You, my Lord.
