By your appointment, they stand this day, for all things are your servants.
Sometimes, Lord, it is difficult to recognize the truth of this verse, that all things are Your servants. I am thinking of friends today, two going through great pain from physical conditions, two as parents of troubled children. Yet the truth of the matter is that all things are Your servant, including pain and wayward children, all things serve to bring glory to Your Name, all things have no other purpose for being except to glorify You. Praise Your Holy Name.
