Psalm 125:3
For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest on the land allotted to the righteous, lest the righteous stretch out their hands to do wrong.
Lord, I pray for that the shield of protection includes a shield against willful sin on the part of Your Body. Keep us from gossip, from malicious conversation, from inattention to prayer, from self-will that causes us to do before prayer. Lord, keep us on our knees.
