Restore our fortunes, O LORD, like streams in the Negeb! Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy! He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.
I pray for Your saints among the inmates and staff of the Vermont DoC that they will be filled with Your joy. I pray that this joy will flow out of them as a river of living water to cleanse and restore all to You. Let revival happen within DoC.
