To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. How long, O LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me? How long must I take counsel in my soul and have sorrow in my heart all the day? How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?
Sometimes my impatience begins to boil and roil to the point that I take action without waiting for Your direction and the inevitable result is chaos. You do not forget me. You do not hide Your face from me. I need to learn to take counsel in my soul and rejoice that You never leave me or forsake me.
