His delight is not in the strength of the horse, nor his pleasure in the legs of a man, but the LORD takes pleasure in those who fear him, in those who hope in his steadfast love.
Strange, Lord, how man respects and trusts physical power but true power lies in my relationship with You. You are the LORD, God Almighty, the great I AM and the One whose love will never fail.
This meditation marks the seventh anniversary of Voices Together. It has been a most fruitful exercise. My prayer is that others have profited as I have. Thank you to each who have shared a comment or two regarding the way the Spirit has spoken to you through these musings.
