Let me hear what God the LORD will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, to his saints; but let them not turn back to folly. Surely his salvation is near to those who fear him, that glory may dwell in our land.
Lord, call out some God-fearing leaders who dare to call Your church to repentance. We need shepherds who will lay our unfaithfulness before us and implore us to fall to our knees and repent. We need to cry out to You to restore and renew us, to fill us once again with that white-hot heat of our first love. Restore us, O Lord, let Your face shine upon us that we may be saved.
