Psalm 88:1-2
A Song. A Psalm of the Sons of Korah. To the choirmaster: according to Mahalath Leannoth. A Maskil of Heman the Ezrahite. O LORD, God of my salvation; I cry out day and night before you. Let my prayer come before you; incline your ear to my cry!
Lord, the list of those who are in bondage goes on and on. The call last night from an anguished father whose son continues a years long substance abuse addiction. I lift that family up to You, that Your healing and reparative love would pour over them, releasing all from the grip of the Evil One.
