Moses and Aaron were among his priests, Samuel also was among those who called upon his name. They called to the LORD, and he answered them. In the pillar of the cloud he spoke to them; they kept his testimonies and the statute that he gave them.
Ah, yes, Moses and Aaron, Samuel and Isaiah, Paul and Peter, John Wesley and John Wycliffe, Francis Schaeffer and Chuck Colson. A list that spans the centuries and easily comes to mind. Those great lights that shone and led the Church faithfully, many through persecution and martyrdom. Thank you for those gifts.
