Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him!
Two points come out of this verse. One is that this passage very clearly connects the Fear of the LORD with awe of the LORD. I am called to reverential awe of Him. This awe is to be displayed through a willing adherence to the Law of the LORD, ref Ps 119, with a particular focus on Commandments 1-4.
The second point is that little, pesky word, "all." All the earth, all inhabitants, all will fear Him and stand before Him. Philippians 2:9-11 will be realized and displayed on the most glorious day in Creation.
