But I, through the abundance of your steadfast love, will enter your house. I will bow down toward your holy temple in the fear of you.
It is David's awareness and understanding of the steadfast love of the LORD, God, the Almighty that enables him to enter into the LORD's presence. It is the empowerment of that steadfast love the is an element of the Fear of the LORD. The Hebrew word translated as fear would be more accurately expressed as reverential fear.
