He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, with a new name written on the stone that no one knows except the one who receives it.’
To the conquerors, the overcomers will receive a portion of that hidden manna, the food of Heaven that is the precious communion that accompanies a relationship with the Godhead. They/we will also receive a white stone signifying our total absolution from the guilt of sin. And as is the custom with any adoption, we will receive that special family name known only to the LORD and ourselves. However, that adoption will begin to make itself manifest as we are transformed from one degree of glory into another as we approach the image of Christ. (2 Cor. 3:18)
