Romans 4:23-25

John Nunnikhoven

But the words “it was counted to him” were not written for his sake alone, but for ours also. It will be counted to us who believe in him who raised from the dead Jesus our Lord, who was delivered up for our trespasses and raised for our justification.

The message here is not to depend upon my strength, my witness, my obedience but to praise God for His grace, mercy, and love. "Let the praise of God be ever in my mouth and a two-edged sword in my hands." Psalm 149:6

Praise God that our Lord Jesus Christ has been resurrected, that He was the sacrifice for our sins and raised to the right hand of the Father to intercede for us.

Today's readings in the Psalms:
