The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.
Many times, I had had the experience of knowing that I was speaking to a fellow Believer before more than a couple of sentences had been exchanged. And the other party was likewise experiencing the same. The Spirit was talking to our spirits that we were in good company. Never failed and often was the beginning of a friendship that continues to this day.
