Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, (25) because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.
Lord, where have I made this awful exchange? Where do I worship the created rather than the Creator? Where have I praised the object rather than the One who provided the blessing? Lord, that these light and momentary troubles that we are going through now only serve to drive us into Your arms, seeking You and Your comfort.
