Deuteronomy 11.1, 2

¹ “Therefore you shall love the LORD your God, and keep His charge, His statutes, His judgments, and His commandments always. ² Know today that I do not speak with your children, who have not known and who have not seen the chastening of the LORD your God, His greatness and His mighty hand and His outstretched arm…”

2 Peter 3.18

Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.

2 Peter 3.11, 12

Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of personsought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat?

Here's the place for knowing all pleasure.

It pleases God for us to fear Him.

God pleasures in making things new - us included.

God gives to us, and we give to others.
