Psalm 23
Yahweh Yireh, you are the Lord Who Provides.
Your promises to meet our every need are sure and trustworthy.
Like a shepherd who faithfully cares for his sheep, you care for us; we shall not want anything we truly need.
In the hard and difficult times of life, you lead us to places of refreshment and peace.
When it looks like all hope is gone – when all around us is dark and foreboding – your presence delivers us from fear.
You are with us always, no matter who or what confronts or confounds us.
Yahweh Yireh, our great Provider, keep us close to you every moment of every day, and lead us to our eternal home with you.
Amen.
