When I think on my ways, I turn my feet to Your testimonies; I hasten and do not delay to keep Your commandments. Though the cords of the wicked ensnare me, I do not forget Your law.
This is a time, Lord when the cords of the Evil One are reaching out to ensnare me. This is a time of testing; will I turn to You in praise and thanksgiving or will I lean on my own understanding to resolve this problem? Will I hasten and not delay to keep Your commandments? Will I be faithful to keep Your praises ever in my mouth?
In my own strength, no! In Your strength, yes -- I cannot fail if I listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Lord, I believe, help me in my unbelief.
