Bond-servants, obey in all thingsyour masters according to the flesh, not with eye-service, as men-pleasers, but in sincerity of heart, fearing God.
Not too many bond-servants among us these days, but sometimes we feel as if we are tied to our job. Sometimes the benefits and other perks make us feel as if we are in bond-service today. There are times when we've read the situation very well; and sometimes we're only paranoid.
But in all cases, we are called to perform our assigned tasks in a manner that brings glory and honor to our Lord and Savior. Think long and prayerfully. Not a bad idea to leave on such good terms.
