Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD. Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the LORD'S name is to be praised.
It seems to me that the praise of the LORD, God, the Almighty has to be continuously on my lips and ever present in my mind. Well? Duh? So what’s the problem, dummy?
Precisely that! “Dummy” Or “self-centered” Or ….. the list goes on with the ways in which Satan has marred the apex of the LORD’s creation. We, mankind, are the only part of His creation which is made it His image. Genesis 1:26-27, “ And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” Male and female. The only object of the creation! And we fell for the trap. Genesis 3 has to be one of the saddest chapters in the Bible. But yet, another view puts it at the beginning of the LORD, God, the Almighty’s plan for His ultimate glorification. Hallelujah, He is risen.
