Psalm 61:1-2
To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments. Of David. Hear my cry, O God, listen to my prayer; from the end of the earth I call to you when my heart is faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I,
Lead me to that Rock that is not only higher than I, but stronger, does not crumble and disintegrate at the slightest blow, the Rock of my Salvation, the holy and righteous One. Lead me, LORD, to the foot of the Cross where I find perfect peace; teach me to leave my sorrows and cares there and walk into the Kingdom in joy, peace and righteousness in the Holy Spirit. This is truly the Rock of my Salvation.
