"Put on the whole armor." "Take up the whole armor" Put on and take up are are imperatives that require me to get involved and be intentionally active in the process. Yes, Your Holy Spirit guides me in these activities, but only with my cooperation and interested participation. I am not as a sidewalk superintendent, interested in observing the procedure but a laborer in the construction project. No leaning on my shovel handle, this is a seeking God and His righteousness first assignment--until He calls me home.
