O praise the LORD, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people. For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the LORD endureth for ever. Praise ye the LORD.

A commandment, two reasons for obedience to the commandment. Doesn’t this entirely wrap up our responsibilities as children of the LORD, God, the Almighty?

The overwhelming part of these two directions is their completeness. His merciful kindness is directed only to us. That mercy is based upon an everlasting Truth. For He is the everlasting Triune LORD, God, the Almighty.
