As with all of us in all of our roles, we are not to live for ourselves but for Christ.
We make the most of Leviticus when we recognize the relational presence of our holy God.
We are not to be surprised by suffering but expectant of it and prepared for it.
Under the rule of Christ, we operate on different principles than those of the world.
We exercise our freedom from this fallen world not by subversion but by submission for the sake of Christ.
Only by explaining our behavior in terms of Christ will God be glorified on the day of visitation.
